POLICIES
We love all of our clients at Leilani Salon & Spa, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. CHECK-IN INFO
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time in order to enjoy your full appointment time. Leilani is equipped with a waiting area, bathroom and complimentary refreshments.

PARKING
​Please allow time to find the perfect parking. Located in historical down town Logan; Parking is available across the street in public parking. If available parking is allowed in the driveway area of the salon. Please pull to one side in order for 2 cars to take advantage of parking close to the building.
CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOW POLICY
We maintain a strict cancellation policy on all appointments. To avoid charges being added to your account, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments. Spa packages and group reservations require 48-hour notice. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service or package price. No-shows will be charged 50% of menu price.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
As a courtesy to our other guests, appointments will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after the scheduled start time and charged according to the cancellation policy. Late arrivals within the 15 minute grace period will end at the regularly scheduled time.
GRATUITIES
We are committed to providing superior service to our guests. Our prices do not include gratuity. If you wish to leave a gratuity, you may do so upon checkout.
PERSONAL POSSESSIONS
Leilani is not liable for the loss of or damage to personal articles, please do not bring valuables to your service. Please- Remember to silence your cell phone when inside Leilani lounge and during your treatment.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are a wonderful way to give. Gift Cards are available at the spa reception desk, through our website or by calling 435.713.6969. Gift Cards must be presented for redemption. Specials and discounts are NOT applicable to gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards redeemable for services or merchandise only. Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
RETURN POLICY
Return unused products within two weeks of purchase with original receipt and packaging for a refund as spa credit.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
​All major credit cards, Leilani gift cards/certificates as well as cash are accepted for payment. Venmo is available. We do NOT accept personal checks.
