What should I bring to my appointment?
Just yourself! If you’re getting a color service and have inspiration photos, feel free to bring those along—we love a visual. Otherwise, come as you are and we’ll take care of the rest.
What if I’m running late or need to cancel?
We totally understand that life happens! Just give us a call as soon as you can. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the spot to someone else.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to settle in, especially if it’s your first time. There’s no rush—we want your appointment to feel calm and centered from the very start.
Can I book more than one service at a time?
Absolutely! Many of our services pair beautifully together—like a haircut and deep conditioning treatment, or color and a blowout. Feel free to book them together or reach out if you need help coordinating.
Is gratuity included in the service price?
Gratuity is not included, but always appreciated. Tips can be given via cash, card, or Venmo depending on your stylist's preference.
